Mrs. Keo Langcheng is the Director, Senior Partner and the Head of the Chinese Department of ALPHA LAW GROUP. She’s an Attorney registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She also serves as the Chairwoman of the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia. With nearly a decade of professional experience, she has been advising and representing both domestic and international corporations, with a particular focus on assisting Chinese investors in Cambodia.

Mrs. Keo Langcheng obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (China), where she gained deep exposure to the Chinese legal system, and later completed her Master of Laws at the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia). Her strong educational background, combined with her fluency in Chinese, enables her to bridge legal and cultural differences in cross-border transactions and disputes.

During her studies in China, she excelled in prestigious international moot court competitions, earning awards at the Nelson Mandela Human Rights Moot Court Competition, the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, and the CIETAC CUP International Arbitration Moot Court.

As Head of the Chinese Department, Mrs. Keo Langcheng leads the firm’s work with Chinese clients and investors, providing expertise in corporate law, intellectual property, and cross-border investment while fostering stronger legal and business cooperation between Cambodia and China.
